Archiving Services

Legislation over the last 15 years has increased substantially the scope and quantity of records that have to be kept for extended periods of time. For many Organisations this problem is taking up an increasingly large amount of clerical time and all too often the use of valuable office space for redundant record storage.

Our Service

We can do as little or as much as you want. Our services include:

  1. Collection of dead files and documentation on a regular basis or as required.
  2. Archiving of files and material: If you have got files which need to be stored, but have not been boxed away, we can collect them in bulk, box them for you, record them on our computer system and provide you with an exact record of all files kept with us together with their location and box numbers.
  3. Provision of Storage Materials: Competitively priced we can provide these to you whenever picking up materials thus ensuring that you only pay for what you need, when you need it.
  4. Record Retrieval: We have found in most cases that the vast majority of material placed with us is never again required. To ensure those files required are returned to you speedily we offer a 24 hour retrieval and return service.
  5. Disposal of Out of Time Material: We do this for you, with your consent, on your behalf. We can supply you with a quarterly print out of all material held with the applicable disposal dates. There is a set procedure to ensure that only material specifically authorised by you is destroyed and Certificates of Disposal are provided.
